The exhaust gas of the continuous press is collected from the inlet and along the press by the suction hood and introduced into the main pipeline system by the fan. The main piping system leads from the top to the wet cyclone along the continuous press. Absorbent water is injected into the crude gas duct system through the pump, which can prevent the accumulation of sediment in the pipeline as far as possible.
Exhaust gas is absorbed by the special designed suction nozzles set on the right and left side of outlet chamber of press.
These suction nozzles are all connected to the collectors on each side.
Absorbent water in the collector is discharged in the middle tank located on bottom of press, then pumped into main pipe system of wet scrubber.
The exhaust gas enters the wet cyclone separator through the main pipe. The water discharged from the bottom of the wet cyclone separator is filtered by the drum screen and then discharged into the absorbent tank, and then pumped to the crude gas duct through the water pump for spraying.
The water discharged from the bottom of the wet cyclone separator is filtered by the drum screen and then discharged into the absorbent tank. In the meantime, hydrocarbons and particulate matter are also separated. Cleaned gas is discharged to the sky through chimney.
